I needed to disable the touchscreen on Ubuntu permanently. Found out that there were few different ways I could do it. Also if you have a device with a broken touchscreen it can cause a whole lot of problems, in many cases it's the sole reason Surface Tablet keeps freezing up.

I installed Ubuntu 20.04 LTS Server on my Raspberry Pi 4 8 GB and needed to install raspi-config. Found that I need to add Raspberry Pi repository in Ubuntu to get the tool.

Add Plex repository for Linux and Plex Media Server will automatically get updated.
